Wanting or needing an in-person quote? As a small company our time is valuable. In person consultations require an assessment deposit starting at $75. This deposit is applied as a credit toward your project should you choose to move forward with the project in the next 30 days. However, most work we do can be accurately quoted just based off pictures!

Most projects are priced by the job rather than by the hour.

The short answer is no. Florida is very strict when it comes to electrical and plumbing work. They require licensing for anything beyond changing a lightbulb or plugging something in.

We do not have licensed electricians or plumbers on staff and so we do not perform those tasks.

We offer handyman services, repair, and property maintenance in Windermere, Horizon West, Dr. Phillips, Winter Garden, Oakland, Clermont, Monteverde, Mt. Dora, Eustis, Four Corners, The Villages, Groveland, Leesburg, Astatula, and Howey-In-The-Hills.

We are officially listed as an LLC (Limited Liability Company) in the State of Florida and registered with the Secretary of State. The scope of work we perform does not require us to have a general contractor's license or to be bonded.

Most of the work we do has low potential for liability. However, we do have general liability insurance for your protection.

In the very rare chance something happens, we carry comprehensive general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 general liability insurance.
